Western Visayas’ Panublion Regional Trade Fair 2018 earned over P8M in cash sales and booked orders including under negotiation transactions during the five-day product exhibit at the Activity Center of SM City Iloilo, Mandurriao, Iloilo City from November 14 to 18.

The DTI urged local government units to continuously work to improve or maintain their positive performances to enhance competitiveness alongside with micro, small and medium enterprises.

DTI VI Regional Director Rebecca M. The DTI Resource Generation and Management Service (RGMS) will distribute computer packages to 65 public schools in Western Visayas, selected by the Department of Education, under the Personal Computer for Public Schools - Phase 5 (PCPS5) project.

The DTI – Aklan Provincial Office launched the “Bagong Buhay Boracay Product Showcase” at the City Mall Boracay in time for the soft opening of Boracay Island, Malay, Aklan on October 26, 2018. A total of 49 exhibitors participated in the product showcase.
