Members of the enforcement team in Negros Occidental seal a bundle of uncertified/ substandard steel bars. Of the 41 establishments randomly monitored by enforcement teams deployed in the provinces here, the DTI VI found 18 hardware stores selling uncertified/ substandard steel bars following the synchronized conduct of DTIs monitoring and enforcement in the country on Friday, July 5.
