The Regional Competitiveness Council (RCC) recognized competitive local government units (LGUs) excelling in the four pillars of economic dynamism, government efficiency, infrastructure, and resiliency.

The DTI VI Regional Bagwis Committee (RBC) has recommended the awarding of 43 business establishments with Bagwis Seals. Of the awardees, 38 are new applicants, 22 are for renewals and six (6) sought to upgrade their level.
