DTI VI acts to curb service and repair shops operating sans permit in Boracay Island

DTI VI enforcers conduct covert operations on service and repair shops operating without DTI accreditation in Boracay Island in Malay, Aklan. These alleged illegal shops were located in areas away from the prying eyes of the public.

The apprehension was made possible from the information tipped by residents within the area.

The operation was conducted on February 25 to 26.
