Aklan Piña and Fiber Festival 2018 opens at Aklan Provincial Capitol

Lourdes Miraflores lead the ribbon-cutting ceremony during the opening of the Aklan Pina and Fiber Festival 2018 at the Trade Hall, Aklan Provincial Capitol grounds on April 23. The exhibit runs until April 28, 2018.
